A. Jon Prusmack, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, focuses on the technical and external functions of the company, including new business development, new product development programs and customer relations activities.

Mr. Prusmack founded the company, developed the DRASH System, owns multiple patents, and has been responsible for driving the company’s transformation from a small shelter company to a leader in integrated shelter solutions.

Mr. Prusmack earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from Bernard Baruch Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Art from New York University and a Masters degree in Engineering with a concentration in Manufacturing Engineering from Polytechnic University.

Samuel R. Marrone

Chief Operating Officer, DHS Technologies LLC

Samuel R. Marrone, EVP, Chief Operating Officer of DHS Technologies LLC, has had a distinguished career of more than 33 years in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining DHS, Mr. Marrone served in an executive management capacity at financial services companies, including Kidder Peabody, Barclays Bank and ABN and AMRO Incorporated.

Mr. Marrone started his career at Electronic Data Systems after serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland and is a member of the Council for Annual Giving for the U.S. Naval Academy Foundation.

Irv Cohen

Chief Financial Officer, DHS Technologies LLC

Irving I. Cohen, EVP, Chief Financial Officer of DHS Technologies LLC, brings more than 30 years of experience leading financial organizations to the company.

Prior to joining DHS, Mr. Cohen served in multiple management capacities at leading financial services companies, including JP Morgan Chase, where he was President of JP Morgan Treasury Technologies Corp., ABN AMRO, Barclays Bank and Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Cohen started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He holds a Bachelors degree from Brooklyn College, an Advanced Professional Certificate from New York University and an MBA in Accounting from the Pace University Graduate School of Business.
