DULUTH, MN – W.P. & R.S. Mars Company, together with the Northland Chapter of the American Red Cross, displayed a Reeves decontamination system and incident command post at the 30th Annual Arrowhead EMS Conference on January 14-17, 2010.
The mobile facilities are part of a line of rapidly deployable, soft-walled shelter systems regularly used by emergency personnel across the United States for incident response.
Both W.P. & R.S. Mars Company and the Northland Red Cross have long played integral roles in emergency response services in Minnesota. An emergency medical products supplier located in Duluth, W.P. & R.S. Mars Company provides equipment to fire and emergency medical departments throughout the upper Midwest.
The Northland Red Cross offers relief to disaster victims and helps residents in parts of Minnesota and Wisconsin prepare and respond to emergency situations.
The Reeves facilities will be on display at booths 54 and 55 during the conference.
